Q: I think of Jesus like a celebrity. And when I get to Heaven, he won't have time to spend one-on-one with me. How can he? There will be a lot of people there. It's upsetting to think about, even makes me angry, and idk any verse that speaks to this concern. I don't want to follow a god who calls me friend but is too busy attending to more important matters/people that he can't grab a coffee with me, so to speak. I know I must be thinking about this the wrong way, but I can't shake it... Thoughts?
A: Jesus is like a celebrity, but He is greater than a celebrity. Time is in His hands. He takes the time to listen to each of us now at this very moment. I dont know in heaven, but I imagine it will be even better and even more intimate. He is closer than we can think or imagine.
